REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Soulful Heart Balance, I am fully committed to supporting your journey toward inner balance and authentic living. Because my services involve dedicated time, personalized research, and professional expertise, I have established the following guidelines for refunds and cancellations:

1. Holistic Coaching & Healing Sessions

  • Completed Sessions: To respect the energy and time invested, refunds are not provided for any sessions that have already been completed.

  • Package Commitments: When you invest in a multi-session package, you are making a commitment to your own growth. Refunds are generally not offered for unused sessions in a package, though they may be transferred to a later date or a different service at my discretion.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If, after our very first session, you feel we aren’t the right fit, please reach out within 24 hours. I am happy to discuss a partial or full refund for the remaining unused portion of your package. 

     

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48-Hour Notice: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or "no-shows," are not eligible for a refund and will be charged at the full session rate. â€‹â€‹

3. Digital Products & Workshops

  • Digital Goods: Because digital products (like guides, journals, or recorded meditations) are delivered instantly, all sales for these items are final and non-refundable.

  • Live Workshops: If you can no longer attend a live virtual or in-person workshop, you may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for a credit toward a future workshop. 

4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a request, please email me directly at soulfulheartbalance@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because retreats require significant advance planning and financial commitments to my venues and partners, the following policy applies to all private and group retreat bookings. 

1. Non-Refundable Deposit
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total cost depending on retreat and location) is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, as it covers administrative costs and initial venue holds. For group retreats, if I am able to fill your spot, you will be refunded accordingly and only admin costs and processing fees will not be refunded. 

2. Tiered Refund Schedule
If you need to cancel, your refund amount depends on how far in advance you notify me: 

  • 90+ Days Before Start Date: You will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit and any credit card processing fees.

  • 45–89 Days Before Start Date: You will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance paid (after the deposit is subtracted).

  • Less than 45 Days Before Start Date: All payments are non-refundable. At this stage, I have already committed all funds to my vendors and can no longer offer a refund. Direct retreat facilitation/tuition amounts of Kristina Mumma - Soulful Heart Balance may be applied to a future retreat, minus contracted facilitator fees.

3. Transferring Your Spot

  • If you are within the 45-day window and can’t make it, you may "gift" or sell your spot to a friend or family member at no extra charge. Please notify me at least 14 days before the retreat begins so I can update our guest list and dietary requirements. 

4. If I Have to Cancel

  • In the unlikely event that I must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid. Please note that I am not responsible for any personal travel expenses (like flights or car rentals) incurred. 

 5. Force Majeure (Acts of God)

  • In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, or other "superior force" beyond my control that makes the retreat impossible to host, I will provide a credit toward a future retreat or reschedule the event.

A Gentle Suggestion: I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (like Allianz) that includes "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage to protect your investment in case of personal emergencies.
