1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.soulfulheartbalance.com or purchasing services from Kristina Mumma, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.

2. Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer

  • Informational Purposes Only: All content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: Kristina is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Herbalist, and Coach. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or dietitian.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this site or participation in coaching does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding any medical condition or before starting new supplements or health regimens.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate health and personal history to ensure safe and effective guidance.

  • Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own life, health, and well-being, as well as all decisions made during or after coaching sessions.

4. Payments and Cancellations

  • Fees: Prices for services are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made prior to or on the date of services, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellation Policy: To respect the scheduling of all clients, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full fee.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, including therapeutic art protocols, journaling guides, and herbalism materials, is the exclusive property of Kristina Mumma and Soulful Heart Balance.

  • Limited License: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any site content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulful Heart Balance and Kristina Mumma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or coaching services.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chester County, PA.
